Prosciutto Arugula Burrata Pizza


Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon honey
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 pizza dough

Instructions:
  • Step one. In a large bowl, combine yeast, warm water, olive oil, and honey. Mix with a spoon, then let sit for 10 minutes, until foamy. Add in 2 1/2 cups flour and 1 teaspoon salt, stir well until the dough starts to come together, but is still a little sticky. Using your hands, form the dough into a ball and add in the remaining 1/2 cup of flour. Knead the dough on a floured surface for a few minutes.
  • And now, Rub the same bowl with a little bit of olive oil and place the dough inside the bowl, turning to coat all sides with the oil. Cover the bowl with a towel and let sit in a warm place for 1- 1 1/2 hours to rise.
  • Step 3, Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F, or if you're using a pizza stone, preheat to 500 degrees F.
