Roasted Red Pepper


Ingredients:
4 slices Mozzarella thinly sliced
4 slices Italian bread
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp butter melted
1/2 cup split cashews unsalted
And so on.

Instructions:
  • First of all. Preheat oven to 500 degrees
  • Next step is, On a baking tray, place one red pepper and put in the oven. No need to oil it or wrap it in foil.
  • And now, Let it roast for about 25-30 minutes. Turn the tray around the 15 minute mark
